At SKIYN, we are committed to delivering premium skincare products in perfect condition. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we maintain a limited return policy.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

The product is expired upon delivery.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product was tampered with before delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

The product has been opened or used.

The safety seal has been broken or removed.

The product has been damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

You changed your mind after purchase.

You dislike the fragrance, texture, or personal suitability of the product.

Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:

A replacement product.

A full refund to your original payment method.

Store credit, where applicable.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
